"SkyOne Federal Credit is the worst bank ever I called to file fraudulent activity on my account and they left me exposed to more fraud by leaving the card open. I was told I was gonna get a new card in the mail and it was never ordered so I'm sitting here 2 weeks later with no money I called and all they had to say was im sorry, not only did they tell me I had to wait 2 extra weeks for my card but they missed informed me as well I was told they could issue me an instant issue card so I drove to the branch which is an hour commute I get to the bank and bam it's closed yet they told me it closed at 430 I don't understand how you work for a company yet you don't know your operations hours... If I could give this credit union no stars I would worst customer service ever I so regret opening this account"

"I have been working at Sky One Federal Credit Union full-time for more than a year Cons: Currently: Incentive calculation, very heavy on consultative sales, pushing for numbers but affirms its not about numbers so can get confusing, hiring process, primitive sales models, cult following and heavily imposed ideology for their sales model dressed up as good intentions."

"I have to agree with other comments. If the system was stable it would be great as excellent HD picture and ability to watch or record multiple channels simultaneously. I got it installed in mid June and since then plagued by inability of mini hubs in other rooms to connect to main Sky Q box and loss of service due to main box dropping the internet connection. System does not retain internet password so each time it takes almost 15 minutes to laboriously type in password scrolling up and down screen for Capitals, lower case and numbers. Missed so many programmes by system failure. Installed 12th June, only got engineer to come back on 20th August when I said I wished to cancel. He appeared to resolve the problems and it worked for three days and tonight back with same problems, mini hub not connecting to main Q box, and dropping connection to internet hub. Avoid this system at all costs not yet ready for release to the public."

"I would give it zero stars if I could, compare to previous sky this remote OMG it's so difficult to use and I'm good with tech! I have to use the voice command because I can never find what I want, absolutely pathetic design so annoying"

"The sky mini box is absolutely awful. Disconnects from the main Sky Q box, you go through the entire process of resetting the box, works for an hour then decides it doesn’t want to connect to the internet, now you have to reset the box and your internet router. Had this happen every few hours everyday since it was installed a week ago. Awful. Sort your shoddy boxes out, for the money I pay for your services I expect them to actually work consistently and not need resetting every hour."

"Don't waste your money on sky q and their broadband. Never worked from day 1. 2 replacement main boxes and 4 replacement mini boxes all a waste of time. They always lost connection and didn't record programs due to connection problems. Worst internet we have ever had. It's 100% true that sky slow your broadband, our pre fibre broadband with other suppliers was faster then compared to sky now with new fibre. We had 1 mbs the other night at 11.30pm. How rubbish is that considering they gave us a new router and booster. We consistently had 70mbs with sse and all of our WiFi devices worked perfectly."
